Hi I have two questions and I was hoping if you could explain them to me please:
    1) When I'm in a restaurant in Japan and they bring me my food do I say to the waiter "arigatou" and then "ittadakimasu" when I eat or do I just say "arigatou"?
    2) When I'm talking to an individual for the first time can I say "anata", "kimi" or how about "omae", which one sounds less rude?

My theory is that Risa turns off the cuteness when she doesn’t get approved for vacation time, or raise she asked for because she knows nobody wants
to see Risa sad. She has the power to make or break Peter Gallante’s company depending on her mood. Either that, or her co-workers are crazy jealous of her and they make comments and she is fed up and this is what we get.

Why not make videos about how to learn to speak japanese(not writen) step by step just like how teachers used to teach in schools because videos on words and letters is confusing and hard to learn so how about teaching step by step on how to speak
