    Onyomi = キュウ
    Kunyomi = n/a
    Radical = thread or silk.
    When used in a family surname it has different pronounciations.


    学級 (がっきゅう) ga kyu - school (e.g. class).
    階級 (かいきゅう) kai kyu - social class (working, middle, upper, elite) or military (rank/grade).
    級友 (きゅうゆう) kyu yuu - classmate.
    級長 (きゅうちょう) kyu chu - class monitor/class leader.
