4 lettuce slices
5 kanikama sticks
2 to 3 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp sesame oil

10 cm. Radishes
5 kanikama sticks
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp. vinegar or citrus fruits
1/3 tsp. sugar
2 to 3 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
a pinch of pepper

Kani Cucumber Salad

1/4cucumber
5 stick Kanikama
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp soy sauce or
1.5 tbsp. sesame oil
